Very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a new system installed in early days of the pandemic and Scot was very patient about answering all my questions over the phone and through e-mail. Install was quick and professional. Prices were very fair. Would definitely recommend.

I had a unit from my multi-unit mini-split system that was "leaking" condensation. Premier installed the system in 2019 (see previous 5 star review for the installation process). Mr. Deckard was able to get over within 24 hours to check the unit and repaired within a few minutes. He was willing to explain to me what the issue was and how to fix it myself next time if I wanted to save a service call. (it was just a clogged drain that caused backup into the unit) His service call charge was AMAZINGLY affordable. I also used Premier last year for repair on a commercial roof system that was installed by another company and his fees and service were all exceptional. Highly recommend for both install and service. Great and fair service.
